Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your tenant admin panel. Changes take effect immediately.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! Our Free Starter plan lets you explore TECH NEXUS with no time limit and no credit card required.
How does billing work?
Billing is monthly. You pay via M-Pesa (Paybill 572572) or bank transfer. Your admin will approve your subscription.
What currencies do you support?
We price in Kenyan Shillings (KES) with more currencies coming soon for Tanzania, Uganda and Rwanda.
Can I add more modules?
Yes, you can add modules from the Module Store within your plan's limit, or upgrade to a higher plan for more.
